Entavir :

Entavir Medicine Hepatitis is an antiviral drug that is used in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection in patients with severe liver abnormalities. It reduces the amount of virus in the patient’s body, but it does not cure the disease. This Tablet also can not prevent the complications of hepatitis B like liver cirrhosis. It also does not prevent the spread of HBV to other people.

  • Chronic Hepatitis B

    Entavir 0.5 mg Medicine is used in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B infection, if no nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors (NRTIs) like lamivudine were previously used or if resistance is developed to the existing NRTI therapy.
  • Causes and Risk Factors
    1. Hepatitis B spreads by contact with an infected person’s blood, semen, or other body fluid.
    2. An infected woman can give hepatitis B to her baby at birth.

Dosage :

Missed Dose :

If a dose of Entavir Medicine is missed, take the dose as soon as you remember. If Entavir is almost the time for the next dose, skip the missed dose or take the next dose. Don’t double the dose to make up for the missed one.

Overdose :

Seek emergency medical treatment and contact the doctor in case of an overdose.
